Kay Adams has a skill of doing the bare minimum and having social media go wild over her.
Whether it’s wearing tight-fitting clothes at training camp or making out with an NFL mascot, there is little Adams could do, and it would not go viral.
She was back at it again this week, and all she did was put something in her stomach.
Adams continued her hot streak on social media with yet another post on her X account that has reached millions of followers.
The NFL personality has been touring the country ahead of the new season, and this week, she visited Minnesota, where she sampled the best cinnamon rolls in the world.
Adams was filming her YouTube show Up & Adams at the Minnesota Vikings’ TCO Performance Center, and stopped in at Isles Bun & Coffee in Uptown Minneapolis for a quick snack.
“A 10/10 cinnamon roll to start my day at Isles Buns & Coffee in Uptown Minneapolis,” Kay Adams tweeted while showing off her eating style.
More than one million people have seen and interacted with that post.
“A 10/10 eating a 10/10 cinnamon roll ,” one fan said.
“She know what she doin,” a second fan stated as he called her out for the provocative picture.
“She is the finest woman on all of TV,” a third person said of Kat Adams’ looks.
“There’s a 10/10 in this picture, but it surely isn’t that cinnamon roll,” a fourth fan reacted.
“Cinnamon rolls and Kay? Sign me up ,” a fifth person wrote.
“You are the reason why I now have “Kay Adams Ratings” when it comes to cinnamon rolls. Haha,” one final fan commented.

Adams visited the Minnesota Vikings on Wednesday.
The NFL host has continued her training camp tour this week after visiting with the Broncos last week.
Adams has been a fan favorite in the NFL world since her days on “Good Morning Football.”
After roughly six years with NFL Network, she jumped over to FanDuel TV and started hosting her own show, “Up & Adams.”
Before the Vikings and Broncos, Adams has met with the Cincinnati Bengals, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants, New York Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Washington Commanders.
Giving fans what they want is why she has become so beloved around NFL circles.
The Vikings are fresh off trading team captain Harrison Phillips to the New York Jets in a deal that gave them a 2026 sixth-round draft pick and a 2027 sixth-round draft pick.
