Jennifer Escalera really wishes she would’ve kept her thoughts to herself.
According to a since-deleted viral TikTok, the Texas cop vowed to give “everyone” a ticket after she didn’t get laid the night before.
The uniformed Harris County Constable Precinct 5 Deputy wrote on a notepad with the caption, “Didn’t get cracked last night, so everyone is getting a ticket.”

In popular slang, “cracked” is often interpreted to mean having sex.
The cop blurred parts of her uniform but left her nametag visible in her post. That was a huge mistake on her part.
The incident involving Jennifer Escalera is under investigation, according to Fox 26.
Following public outrage, Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office released a statement to Fox 26 Houston.
“Our administration is aware, and internal affairs has opened an investigation. We have no other comment at this time.”

It remains unclear whether Escalera was placed on leave during the investigation or any formal disciplinary action is imminent.
A Harris County sheriff’s deputy said “everyone is getting a ticket” after she “didn’t get cracked,” which means she did not have sex.
The now-deleted clip shows Jennifer Escalera writing in a notepad beneath the caption: “Didn’t get cracked last night, so everyone is getting a ticket…”
In a statement obtained by Fox 26, the Precinct 5 Constable’s Office said: “Our administration is aware and internal affairs has opened an investigation. We have no other comment at this time.”
TMZ is now reporting that Escalera did not write one single ticket the day she made that threat.
Despite that fact, it will truly be hard for Jennifer Escalera to keep her job since the public will always think she might give tickets just because she did not have sex.
