Trump’s Hand Draws Attention at Press Conference
President Donald Trump’s recent press conference, intended to celebrate international sports diplomacy, took an unexpected turn. Instead of headlines focusing on the event, a conspicuous mark on his hand captured public attention and reignited online speculation.
Makeup or Bruise?
Photos circulated this week showing Trump’s right hand covered with a lighter-toned patch. Observers noted attempts to hide it by folding his left hand over his right, but the mark remained visible as he greeted FIFA President Gianni Infantino.
Comments quickly flooded social media. Some suggested the patch was makeup. “Looks like makeup,” one user wrote. Another added, “It is base makeup. Likely over a bruise. Point is?” Others criticized the application itself. “The massive glob of discolored foundation on President Trump’s hand really has me questioning whether they are even trying to blend correctly,” one comment read.
